A new version of the traditional retsina. With a ne aroma of pine and a strain of lemon. Blond in colour and beautifully balanced, this wine speaks to the nest palate. The perfect accompaniment to Mediterranean hors d’oeuvres, seafood and fish.
Vineyard: North facing in S.E. Attica, 50 years old vines. Non-irrigated in limestone soil at an altitude of 100m
Harvest: Mid September
Vinification: Classical white wine fermentation in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature of 16-18°C. During fermentation pine resin is added from selected pine trees of Attica.
