Tuscany’s first Vino Libero - 100% Sangiovese, made without the use of chemical fertilizers with a very low sulphite content
80% Sangiovese grapes vinified in steel and matured for 24 months in concrete tanks.
20% Sangiovese grapes vinified in steel and matured for 12 months in new barriques
and 12 months in concrete tanks.
Fining and filtering: fining in June, with long filtration. The wine then matures for 1 month.
Bottling: September.
Colour: deep ruby red.
Perfume: fresh and flowery with scents of violets and red fruit, particularly sour cherries.
