This rich and fruity Cabernet Sauvignon is fermented in stainless steel tanks and then aged for six months in used oak barrels. It offers aromas of blueberries, cherries and raspberries with notes of vanilla and sweet tobacco. It is medium-bodied with good fruit flavours and notes of dark chocolate on the lengthy finish.
The grapes for this wine are selected from the Andean foothill of the Maule Valley, which offers ideal growing conditions for this fresh and expressive Sauvignon Blanc. Bountiful aromas of citrus fruit with green apple, peach and pear lead to a vibrant, balanced mouthfeel with a lengthy finish. Pair with light pasta dishes!
