There's over a hundred years of family tradition in every bottle of Poli's Sarpa grappa. Sarpa is the Venetian word for pomace; Sarpa di Poli is distilled from the pomace of 40' Cabernet and 60' Merlot. Traditionally, it is enjoyed slightly chilled or in a caffè corretto (espresso 'corrected' with a dose of grappa). It is also the main attraction in the modern grappa cocktails that are on the rise.
PO’ DI POLI clearly indicates its own taste in order to favour the consumer ’s choice. An identifiable taste thanks to a harmonious cuvée of single grape-varieties belonging to the same family but differentfor clone, provenance, harvest times and vinification method: the PoliVitigno®.
Liqueur with Grappa, acacia honey and officinal herbs. A liqueur based on Grappa and acacia honey, with essential oils from mugo pine, juniper, mint and lemon verbena to grant exquisite balsamic sensations.
Infusion in Grappa and alcohol of small flowers of chamomile. Since the ancient times the properties of the Matricaria Chamomilla are known, those flower heads get put in an infusion of alcohol, Grappa and sugar. After about three months the essential oils of the flowers give a golden colour and an aroma of summer meadow to this liqueur, those tasting helps the relaxation.
Due Barili has an exceptionally rich and smooth taste thanks to the harmonious blend of Grappa of Prosecco and pure grape marc with floral aroma, as well as thanks to the double ageing in two different kinds of barrels: at least two years in 225-liter French oak barrique and at least two years in Sherry PX barrels
Distilled by Jacopo Poli in Schiavon (Veneto) - Italy in October 2007. Kept until April 2016 in the cellar of the Distillery in Barrique produced by the cooper of the Château.

Single-vintage Grappa, refined at least one year in stainless steel vessels. A range of spirits from individual vine species of a single year. Each individual factor determining the quality of the product has been brought to its maximum expression. Raw material raised to pure spirit.
