At Majestic Wine Cellars, we are committed to preparing your order with care, precision, and efficiency.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days prior to shipment. This includes order verification, careful packing, and preparation for carrier pickup.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day
Shipping Fee
A flat-rate shipping fee of $25 applies to all orders.
This includes packaging, handling, and standard delivery service to your address.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation notification.
Please wait for this confirmation before arriving.
Pickup Requirements:
- Orders are typically ready within the same 2–3 business day processing window
- Please bring your order confirmation and valid photo ID
- If someone is picking up on your behalf, they must have the order confirmation details
Delivery Notes
Once shipped, delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and carrier service levels. While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier volume, or other external factors beyond our control.
Damaged Upon Arrival
If your bottle arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@majesticwine.ca.
Include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging, and we will promptly arrange a replacement.
Product Concerns
If there are any issues with the bottle itself, please reach out to us at sales@majesticwine.ca.
Our team will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution, including whether a replacement or return is warranted.
