Founded as Majestic Wine Cellars Inc., we built our reputation importing exceptional wines and spirits from around the world. What began as a focused agency grew into a respected industry name, representing and distributing over 200 international brands across the Ontario market. For decades, we worked behind the scenes — supplying restaurants, event venues, retail partners, and private clients with carefully curated selections from Europe, South America, and beyond.

A Turning Point

In 2020, when the pandemic brought restaurants, events, and hospitality to a sudden halt, the industry changed overnight.

Rather than pause, we pivoted.

We knew one thing: people still wanted to celebrate. They still wanted quality wine and spirits — even if gatherings looked different. So we brought the experience directly to them.

That’s how WineCart.ca was born.

What started as a solution during unprecedented times quickly became a new chapter in our evolution — a direct-to-consumer platform built on decades of expertise and trusted sourcing.

From Agency to Producer

Over the years, our growth extended beyond importing and representing brands. We evolved from agency to producer — creating and developing products of our own.

Today, we proudly produce:

• Don Adriano 1950 Tequila – A premium tequila collection rooted in heritage, craftsmanship, and authentic production in Mexico.
