Winemakers Notes: Chardonnay is California’s most widely planted grape variety and still one of the world’s most popular wines. The 2012 vintage was nearly ideal. The moderate temperatures throughout the growing season gave us grapes of wonderful concentration, good balance and quality.

Flavours: A full-bodied wine with bright acidity, suffusing oak flavors show as vanilla and sweet-oak through to the palate. Finishes with a hint of lemon meringue pie.
The color is yellow straw with green hues. The aroma is intense and fine, fruity and floral. It remembers the golden apples and green almonds. The scent of chamomile flowers is strong at the taste, completely in harmony. Food Matches: A classic wine from tasty appetizers, seafood and fish dishes. Due to its structure and minerality is the ideal wine for rice salads, vegetable pies and light pasta dishes. It goes well with fresh cheese with a soft texture. Serving temperature: 8° degrees C. The Pinot Grigio bright yellow with lightly golden tones. The nose is intense with ripe yellow fruit notes reminiscent of peach and apricot and tending towards an almost tropical fragrance. The fragrant alcoholic notes with nuances of crusty bread and acacia honey. The palate is full in both body and flavour, delicately smooth yet with a bold structure, bringing balance and long-lasting taste, enhanced by a refined fruity aftertaste. If carefully cellared it will keep well for a few years, underlining its strength and smoothness.

Vinificaion: Picked by hand, pressed near to the vineyards and fermented in small thermo-regulated stainless-steel vats. A work of precision, to preserve primary aromas, and the imprint of the terroir. Moderate dosage of 8 g/l to preserve the freshness, complexity and balance of flavours.
Aging: Aged in the obscurity of our traditional cellars, at a constant temperature of 12° for 24 to 36 months.
Tasting Note: A beautiful golden robe, with persistent mousse and a delicate chain of bubbles. A rich and complex nose of apple, pear, lemon and a delicately floral touch. Incredibly fresh, with the Pinot Noir imparting complexity, power and red fruit. The Chardonnay offers elegance and length. Purity and generosity in perfect equilibrium are the essence of this cuvee.
Aromatic, fresh, slightly sparkling, with its own 7 degrees and pleasant hints of peach and apricot, it is perfect as an aperitif or with desserts.
Food Pairing: Perfect as an aperitif or as an accompaniment a dessert made with custard, pandori and panettone, or in combination with fresh fruit, like strawberries, kiwi and red oranges. Serve at 6 ° -8 ° C.
