Product Details: Farina Amarone della Valpolicella is a high-quality Italian wine produced in the Valpolicella region of northeastern Italy, specifically in the Veneto region. 

Grape Varieties: Amarone is typically made from a blend of several grape varieties, including Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and sometimes other local grapes like Molinara and Oseleta. The Corvina grape is often the predominant variety.

Production Method: One of the most distinctive features of this Amarone wine is the production process known as "appassimento." In this process, harvested grapes are dried for an extended period, usually several months, to concentrate their sugars and flavours. This raisining process results in a wine with higher alcohol content, rich flavours, and a deep color.

Flavor Profile: Farina Amarone della Valpolicella is known for its bold and complex flavour profile. It often exhibits notes of dried dark fruits such as cherries, plums, and raisins, along with hints of spices, tobacco, chocolate, and sometimes a touch of vanilla. The wine is full-bodied with a velvety texture and a long, lingering finish.
