DEVELOPMENT Harvest: Manual in boxes of 20 kilos Vinification: Stainless steel tanks at 24ºC Macerated for 21 days Ageing: Malolactic before being aged in new French Allier for at least 6 months.
TASTING Appearance: Cherry red. Nose: Elegant ripe and fruity berry flavour and smooth roast essence that gives it a wide, pleasant and rich finish. Mouth: Smooth and velvety on the palate. Serving temperature: 16-18 ºC.
