Product Details:  Cococciola is a white wine grape variety that is primarily grown in the Abruzzo region of Italy, particularly in the provinces of Chieti and Teramo. The grape is known for its high acidity and is often used to make refreshing, crisp wines.

Cococciola is pale straw colour with greenish highlights. On the nose, they may have aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits, and green apples. On the palate, this wine is dry and lively, with high acidity and flavours of lemon, grapefruit, and mineral notes. They are often described as light-bodied and refreshing, with a clean, crisp finish.

This wine can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif, or paired with a variety of foods, including seafood, shellfish, salads, and light pasta dishes.

Product Details:  Trinita Montepulciano is known for its deep ruby red color and its rich, full-bodied flavour. It typically has aromas of dark fruit, such as blackberry and black cherry, as well as notes of spice, vanilla, and oak.

 

This wine is is aged in oak barrels for several months, which imparts additional complexity and flavour to the wine. Trinita Montepulciano pairs well with a wide range of foods, including hearty pasta dishes, grilled meats, and aged cheeses.
