Due Barili has an exceptionally rich and smooth taste thanks to the harmonious blend of Grappa of Prosecco and pure grape marc with floral aroma, as well as thanks to the double ageing in two different kinds of barrels: at least two years in 225-liter French oak barrique and at least two years in Sherry PX barrels
Distilled by Jacopo Poli in Schiavon (Veneto) - Italy in October 2007. Kept until April 2016 in the cellar of the Distillery in Barrique produced by the cooper of the Château.

Single-vintage Grappa, refined at least one year in stainless steel vessels. A range of spirits from individual vine species of a single year. Each individual factor determining the quality of the product has been brought to its maximum expression. Raw material raised to pure spirit.
Bright medium straw colour. Intense, expansive, spicy, ripe, sweet, fairly grassy, ripe melon-pear puree nose with some honeyed, beeswax notes. Intense, medium bodied, harmonious, faintly sweet, grassy, dried ripe pear flavours with a lingering, spicy, honeyed finish. Has 40% alcohol with lot number L2015 on the back label. Score - 91.
