The base of Ramsbury Gin is distilled from winter wheat grown in the fields of the estate, it is then re-distilled with fourteen botanicals, resulting in aromas of juniper and citrus fruit, fresh quince and floral notes. The palate is complex with grapefruit, orange peel, earthy and spicy notes. Ideal in classic cocktails.
