This wine always sells out lightning fast! It is only produced when we feel there are barrels worthy of presenting 100% Cab Sauv as a stand-alone and this year there was no question. Showing exquisite varietal character, the 2022 vintage is rich with elements of Cacao, blackberry, subtle spice, and warm custard balanced by great natural acidity and a velvety tannin structure. The approachability of this release is remarkable! 80% New French Oak. Aged 18 months. Only 6 barrels produced.
