DEVELOPMENT Harvest: Manual in boxes of 20 kilos Vinification: Stainless steel tanks at 24ºC Macerated for 21 days Ageing: Malolactic before being aged in new French Allier for at least 6 months.
TASTING Appearance: Cherry red. Nose: Elegant ripe and fruity berry flavour and smooth roast essence that gives it a wide, pleasant and rich finish. Mouth: Smooth and velvety on the palate. Serving temperature: 16-18 ºC.
TASTING • Appearance: Intense cherry red with hints of garnet • Nose: Ripe red berries and licorice mixed with the spice flavors of pepper, clove and nutmeg. • Mouth: Smooth full bodied with silky mature tannins. • Serving temperature: 16-18 ºC.
TASTING: Appearance: Light straw yellow colour, clean and bright.
Nose: Fruit and white flowers, peaches in syrup, nuances of apricot, citrus and tropical fruit.
Mouth: A fresh start, light yet unctuous and creamy with body. Good acidity. A long finish with a touch of herbs and white fruit.
Serving temperature: 8-10 ºC.
