Luis the Marinero, Red Sangria - Bodegas Valdipablo
Luis the Marinero Red Sangria has a red ruby color with tear in the glass. It has his own personality where the wine’s primary aromas are combining with red berries such as cranberries and cherries with soft citrus aromas blended with sweet notes of cinnamon. On the palate it’s different, smooth, sweet and fleshy with a refreshing aftertaste.
TASTING: Appearance: Light straw yellow colour, clean and bright.
Nose: Fruit and white flowers, peaches in syrup, nuances of apricot, citrus and tropical fruit.
Mouth: A fresh start, light yet unctuous and creamy with body. Good acidity. A long finish with a touch of herbs and white fruit.
Serving temperature: 8-10 ºC.
VINEYARD: *Description: Strains over 10 years old with low yields. *Climate: Extreme, with very cold winters and hot summers. DEVELOPMENT *Harvest: Manual in boxes of 20 kilos *Vinification: Pre-fermentative cold maceration aging and lees in a storage tank for four months.

TASTING Appearance: Cherry red. Nose: Elegant ripe and fruity berry flavour and smooth roast essence that gives it a wide, pleasant and rich finish. Mouth: Smooth and velvety on the palate. Serving temperature: 16-18 ºC.
