Hosted at Toronto's renowned Tulum Restaurant, the event will bring together industry professionals, media, influencers, and tastemakers for an afternoon dedicated to innovation, craftsmanship, and the limitless possibilities of chocolate tequila.

About The Competition

At the heart of the Don Adriano Cup is one remarkable spirit: Don Adriano Chocolate Reposado Tequila.

Crafted from 100% blue agave in Mexico and infused with the warmth and richness of cacao, it is a tequila designed to inspire creativity in both cocktails and culinary applications.

Competitors will have the opportunity to showcase their talents in one of two categories:

Selected finalist bartenders will compete live during the event, creating original cocktails that highlight the character and versatility of Don Adriano Chocolate Reposado.

Each cocktail will be judged by a panel of industry professionals based on creativity, presentation, balance, and overall execution.

Dessert Competition

Selected pastry chefs, bakers, and culinary creators will develop original desserts featuring Don Adriano Chocolate Reposado.

Desserts will be prepared in advance and showcased during the event, where they will be evaluated by judges on creativity, flavour integration, presentation, and innovation.

The Prize

The winning cocktail will be crowned the Official Don Adriano Signature Cocktail and featured across Don Adriano's website, social media channels, events, and marketing materials for one full year.

The winner will also receive:

  • $500 Cash Prize

  • Three Bottles of Don Adriano Tequila

  • Official Brand Recognition as the creator of the inaugural Don Adriano Signature Serve

The winning dessert creator will receive equal recognition and feature placement across Don Adriano's marketing and promotional platforms.
