Returns & Exchanges Policy

Welcome to WINECART.ca. We are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of beverage alcohol products, all purchases made through WINECART.ca are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is an issue with the product received.

Damaged or Defective Bottles

If your order arrives damaged, broken, leaking, or if there is an issue with the bottle itself, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

To process a claim, one of the following will be required:

  • The damaged or defective bottle returned to us, or
  • Clear photo evidence of the issue if the bottle cannot reasonably be returned due to distance or shipping limitations

Claims should be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

How to Submit a Claim

Please email the following information to:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or defective product (if applicable)

Our team will review the request and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or exchange where applicable.
