Serving suggestion: Wine for the whole meal: hors d’oeuvres with cured meats, blue or medium-long ripened cheeses, meat-based first courses, risottos with porcini mushrooms or radicchio, roasts, boiled meats, grilled meats, white and red meats, game. Try it with guinea fowl with bacon and orange.
