Production Method: One of the most distinctive features of this Amarone wine is the production process known as "appassimento." In this process, harvested grapes are dried for an extended period, usually several months, to concentrate their sugars and flavours. This raisining process results in a wine with higher alcohol content, rich flavours, and a deep color.

Flavor Profile: Farina Amarone della Valpolicella is known for its bold and complex flavour profile. It often exhibits notes of dried dark fruits such as cherries, plums, and raisins, along with hints of spices, tobacco, chocolate, and sometimes a touch of vanilla.
