Notes:
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Elegant and fresh, it recalls white field flowers, baskets and linden, which ripen into hints of apricot and white-fleshed fruit. On the palate it is delicate and soft, savory and very harmonious.
Pairings: It is ideal with fish dishes, white meats and soft cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif.
