DESCRIPTION: From the best grapes sourced Ervedosa do Douro, vinified at Quinta das Quartas (Régua), this wine intends to materialize the philosophy of its name: to be a Símbolo (the Portuguese word for symbol) of its origin.
Color: Full red.
Aroma: Intense, complex with spicy and jam notes.
Palate: Rich, full-bodied with well integrated acidity. Spicy notes, ripe fruit in a long lasting finish.
SERVING TIPS: It is ideally suited to all meat and game dishes, and a variety of cheeses. Serve at room temperature (18ºC/64ºF). We recommend previous decanting one hour before serving.
