• Bitter Poli Super Taurus, 25% vol.

Using this mixture as a base it is possible to obtain different kind of cocktails:

• MiTo (Milan Turin) with the addition of ice and a slice of orange.
• Americano with three ice cubes, and soda.
• Sbagliato: 6 cl of Party Drink blend, 3 cl sparkling wine / champagne, ice and half slice of orange

Tasting Note: The term "primitivo" typically refers to a red grape variety that is primarily grown in the southern Italian region of Puglia, particularly in the Salento peninsula. It is also known as "zinfandel" in the United States, where it has become increasingly popular in recent years.

Primitivo grapes are characterized by their thick, dark skins and high sugar content, which makes them well-suited for producing rich, full-bodied wines with high alcohol content. The wines made from primitivo grapes often exhibit flavors of dark fruit, blackberry, plum, and spice, with notes of chocolate, tobacco, and coffee.

The base of Ramsbury Gin is distilled from winter wheat grown in the fields of the estate, it is then re-distilled with fourteen botanicals, resulting in aromas of juniper and citrus fruit, fresh quince and floral notes. The palate is complex with grapefruit, orange peel, earthy and spicy notes. Ideal in classic cocktails.
